Does this describe you? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support Labor Relations activities, ensuring compliance with current labor legislation. * Assist employees by clarifying questions related to labor matters and internal policies. * Support internal investigations and inquiries, preparing reports and opinions. * Assist in managing the organizational climate, supporting engagement initiatives and workplace environment improvements. * Collaborate with HR departments (Payroll, HR Business Partners) and leadership, especially in factory-floor contexts. * Support coordination with labor law firms (advisory and litigation). * Contribute to drafting and updating internal policies and labor procedures. * Ensure organization and control of departmental documents and metrics. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Human Resources, Law, or related fields. * Prior experience in Labor Relations, Payroll, HR Business Partner roles, or labor law firms (litigation or advisory). * Knowledge of labor legislation and personnel administration routines. * Experience preparing reports, conducting fact-finding, and analyzing data. * Experience with union relations and operations in industrial/factory-floor environments is considered a plus. * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency (especially Excel). * Willingness to work on-site in Camaçari\-BA. **Additional Information** At BYD, we prioritize our employees’ well-being and continuously strive to improve our benefits package.
