




A major company in the Beauty sector is hiring: **ADMINISTRATIVE AND FINANCIAL ANALYST #1207** Location: Salvador - BA (Neighborhood: Pituba) **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Financial Management. * Solid experience in controllership, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliation. * Knowledge of HR department routines and coordination with outsourced accounting firms. * Proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI. * Experience with financial management systems (e.g., Conta Azul, Nibo, Omie). * Experience managing institutes, NGOs, or the third sector is a plus. * Ethical conduct and confidentiality regarding sensitive information. * Ability to translate financial data into strategic decisions. * Proactivity and ownership mindset. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage daily, budgeted, and actual cash flow. * Administer accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and cost centers. * Prepare financial reports and performance dashboards. * Monitor financial targets, margins, average transaction value, and operating costs. * Support executive leadership in decision-making and growth projections. * Serve as liaison with the accounting firm, ensuring timely delivery of tax, accounting, and labor-related routine tasks. * Oversee payroll processing, employee onboarding, vacation management, contract terminations, and CLT team benefits. * Validate taxes, invoices, documents, and ancillary obligations. * Ensure compliance and transparency in financial records. * Develop and manage budgets for social and educational projects. * Organize accountability reporting, donations, and tax incentives. * Support fundraising efforts and sponsor relationship management. **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:** * Salary: Negotiable (please indicate your expectations) * Performance bonus and potential advancement to Financial Coordination role. * Employment arrangement: CLT or PJ **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
