Come contribute to our success! **About the Position** As a Budget and Cost Analyst, you will participate in budget planning and monitoring, identify and analyze inconsistencies between planned and actual budgets, and issue reports to support the company’s budgetary control and cost management. **Key Responsibilities** * Send electronic spreadsheets to respective managers of each department for completion of the annual budget, following guidance and instructions from your immediate supervisor. Advise and monitor departmental budget preparation by reviewing historical investment and expense data to support managers. * Consolidate and monitor the annual budget (budget) and its revisions (forecast) by cost center, covering both headquarters and branches, to maintain budgetary control. Support the review and analysis of budgetary planning according to identified needs, optimizing available resources and supporting executive decision-making. * Issue monthly comparison reports of planned versus actual budget to document justifications and provide information supporting analysis and decision-making by coordination. * Support departmental budget preparation with the objective of maximizing company results. * Guide department heads on preparing their respective budgets to foster communication and improve company performance. **Requirements** * Education: Completed bachelor’s degree – Accounting, Business Administration, and/or Production Engineering; * Experience in cost and budget control; * Proficiency in Totvs Protheus system and intermediate Excel skills. **Additional Information** * Work location: Simões Filho * Employment type: CLT * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. * Salary/Benefits: Market-competitive Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Desired Education: * Business Administration, Bachelor’s Degree * Accounting, Bachelor’s Degree
