Experience in multiple maintenance areas **Job Description:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance services on hydraulic and sanitary networks, painting, carpentry, and civil works. Carry out general building maintenance activities, including repairs and conservation of clinic facilities. Perform floor, wall, and drywall installation and repair work. Disassemble, assemble, and adjust work equipment and tools. Conduct tests to identify and locate defects in installations. Report to the immediate supervisor any issues that may affect service quality. Safeguard and maintain materials and tools under one's responsibility. Perform other duties compatible with the position. **Requirements:** Completed high school education. Experience in building maintenance (civil works, plumbing, painting, floor installation, and drywall). Availability to work on a paid on-call schedule.
