Maintenance and preservation of existing structures ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Organizes and prepares the worksite by performing cleaning, leveling the area, and properly arranging materials and tools. Constructs foundations and masonry structures, including wall erection, bases, beams, columns, and other structural elements according to plans and instructions. Applies finishes and screeds, performs repair work, and carries out maintenance and preservation of existing structures. Handles job-specific tools and equipment in compliance with safety regulations and usage instructions. Ensures workplace organization, safety, and cleanliness.
