Description: We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join our team, providing technical support to the crew, performing maintenance on machines and equipment, and ensuring the reliability of maritime operations. Main responsibilities: * Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities; * Carry out disassembly, fault identification, part replacement, lubrication, reassembly, and operational testing; * Interpret and assist in the development of technical drawings and mechanical schematics, guiding repairs and civil works when applicable; * Support the installation of new equipment by working with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams; * Supervise and guide maintenance services performed by third parties; * Provide mechanical support to the crew and technical assistance during operations; * Comply with management system requirements, maintenance standards, and safety procedures, properly using PPE; * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and upkeep of the work area, tools, and equipment, requesting replacements or repairs when necessary; * Perform other related duties as required. Desired Requirements: Education: Technical High School in Mechanical. Skills: Intermediate Office Suite proficiency; Experience in mechanical maintenance routines on vessels (predictive, preventive, and corrective); Knowledge of technical standards applicable to raw materials and products; Familiarity with technical terms in equipment and consumables manuals.
