All selection processes conducted by **CS INFRA** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Verify operational planning and loading scheduling. * Perform checks of all resources required to commence operations. * Inspect documentation of received vehicles and drivers. * Conduct proper verification of load positioning and ensure correct chute positioning, precise and controlled dosing according to bag size in the truck. * Maintain communication with the flow controller and halt operations immediately upon detecting any abnormality. * Perform load containment, securing, and tarping of trucks when necessary. * Inform drivers about entry and exit from the loading area. * Monitor bag positioning on the truck’s bed and inspect the bed’s condition. * Verify invoices, cargo types, weight, and destination, in addition to examining packaging. * Check product quality, observing uniformity of granulometry. * Immediately report plant stoppages to CSPA supervision due to any issue. * Keep the work area organized and clean. * Record operational stoppages at the scale and register them accordingly. * Participate in developing area procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Requirements: * Education Level: High School Diploma; * Preferred: * Approximately 1 year of experience; * Skills: * Proactivity; * Attention to detail; * Agility; * Physical fitness; * Critical analysis; **Additional Information** We offer the traditional benefits you already know—and go beyond: * **Benefits Club:** An exclusive platform offering discounts across multiple categories—gastronomy, entertainment, services, education, leisure, and sports. * **Connected to You:** A dedicated channel providing specialized support for you and your family, including psychological, social, financial, legal assistance, and more—available 24/7 with complete confidentiality. * Extended **Maternity** and **Paternity Leave**, plus a **Newborn Kit** for new mothers and fathers. * We understand how vital children’s and adolescents’ education is.
