Description:
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Biomedicine, Hospital Administration, or Radiology Technology;
* Postgraduate degree in Health Management, Hospital Administration, or Biomedical Imaging (preferred);
* Active registration with the respective professional council.
* Prepare the monthly examination schedule for biomedical imaging;
* Monitor outpatient billing through reports and identify potential structural and process improvements, reporting them to leadership;
* Resolve inconsistencies and billing errors arising from biomedical imaging examinations;
* Resubmit claim rejections (glosses), if necessary;
* Review and develop work instructions for the department, as needed;
* Review and develop departmental workflow diagrams, as needed, in collaboration with leadership;
* Supervise and ensure proper functioning of the examination confirmation/execution service;
* Monitor service satisfaction surveys via the We Help system;
* Annually conduct the Training Needs Assessment (TNA);
* Provide training to team members for skill refreshment, qualification, and development of new competencies;
* Conduct team meetings regarding service operations and topics related to the Quality Management System (QMS);
* Analyze service-related issues and propose solutions;
* Motivate the team to deliver high-quality public service;
* Develop and monitor the administrative staff shift schedule.
