




Job Description: * Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Biomedicine, Hospital Administration, or Radiology Technology; * Postgraduate degree in Health Management, Hospital Administration, or Bioimaging (preferred); * Active registration with the respective professional council. * Develop the monthly schedule of bioimaging examinations; * Monitor outpatient billing through reports and identify potential structural and process improvements, communicating them to leadership; * Resolve inconsistencies and billing discrepancies arising from bioimaging examinations; * Resubmit claim denials, if necessary; * Review and develop work instructions for the department, as needed; * Review and develop departmental workflow diagrams, as needed, in collaboration with leadership; * Supervise and ensure the proper functioning of the examination confirmation/execution service; * Monitor service satisfaction surveys via the We Help system; * Annually conduct the Training Needs Assessment (TNA); * Provide training to team members for refresher courses, qualification, and development of new competencies; * Conduct team meetings regarding service operations as well as topics related to the Quality Management System (QMS); * Analyze problems arising in the service and propose solutions; * Motivate the team to deliver high-quality public service; * Develop and monitor the administrative staff work schedule. 2512030202191777682
