OSID – Obras Sociais Irmã Dulce is one of the largest philanthropic institutions in the country, performing approximately 5.6 million outpatient procedures annually in Bahia for users of the Unified Health System (SUS), elderly individuals, people with disabilities and craniofacial deformities, homeless individuals, substance users, and children and adolescents at social risk. The institution has a unique service profile in Brazil, distributed across 21 centers that provide assistance to low-income populations in the areas of Health, Social Assistance, Scientific Research, Health Education, Education, and the preservation and dissemination of the history of its founder, Saint Dulce of the Poor. **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop monthly schedule of exams to be performed by bioimaging * Monitor outpatient billing through reports and identify possible structural and process improvements, communicating them to leadership. * Correct inconsistencies and criticisms arising from bioimaging exam billing * Resubmit rejected claims (glosas), if necessary, for exams * Review and develop work instructions for the department, when necessary * Review and develop workflow diagrams for the department, when necessary, together with leadership * Supervise and ensure the proper functioning of the exam confirmation/execution service * Monitor customer satisfaction surveys through the We Help system * Annually prepare the Training Needs Assessment (LNT) * Provide training for team members for recertification, qualification, and development of new competencies * Conduct team meetings regarding service operations as well as topics related to the Quality Management System (SGQ) * Analyze and propose solutions to problems identified in the service * Motivate the team to deliver high-quality public service * Develop and monitor administrative staff work schedules **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Biomedicine, Hospital Administration, or Radiology Technology; * Postgraduate degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or Bioimaging (desirable); * Active registration with the respective professional council. **Additional information** * Health and dental insurance; * Transportation allowance; * On-site cafeteria.
