If you thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy working with people, and want to contribute to special moments in our customers’ lives, **this position is for you!** Your Responsibilities: * Greet customers warmly, present our products, and create memorable experiences; * Prepare specialty coffees, cold beverages, croissants, and desserts according to our quality standards; * Assemble and serve artisanal gelatos and other menu items; * Perform cash register opening and closing procedures, processing various payment methods; * Maintain a clean, organized workspace, adhering to food hygiene regulations; * Assist in restocking products and organizing display cases; * Collaborate with the team to meet daily operational demands. What We’re Looking For: **Essential Competencies:** * Clear communication and welcoming customer service; * Proactivity in resolving situations and anticipating needs; * Organization and commitment to hygiene and cleanliness; * Team spirit and sense of responsibility. **Experience and Knowledge:** * 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service; * Basic understanding of sales and public relations; * Proficiency in handling food and beverages; * Fundamental knowledge of cash register operations; * Prior experience in cafés, snack bars, or restaurants is a plus. Job Details: **Employment Type:** CLT (indefinite-term contract) **Compensation:** R$1,518.00 **Benefits:** Transportation allowance **Work Schedule:** 44 hours per week (rotating 6 days on / 1 day off) **Location:** Barra – Salvador/BA **Important Note:** This position requires availability to work on weekends and holidays. Candidates with easy access to the Barra area are preferred.
