We seek a professional with excellent communication skills, negotiation ability, and a results-oriented mindset to serve on the front line of our client service and representation. Key Responsibilities * **Process Management:** Monitoring deadlines, drafting procedural documents and appeals at all judicial levels. * **Client Service:** Participation in strategic meetings, preparation of reports, and alignment of expectations. * **Research and Analysis:** Drafting legal opinions, memoranda, and feasibility studies. * **Team Management:** Guidance and review of work performed by interns and junior attorneys (where applicable). * **Negotiation:** Handling judicial and extrajudicial settlements. Requirements and Qualifications **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in Law and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). * **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of \[e.g., Corporate Law / Civil Law / Labor Law]. * **Technical Competencies:** Advanced proficiency in the PJe/e\-SAJ system, excellence in legal writing, and strong analytical reasoning. * **Preferred Qualifications:** Postgraduate degree or specialization in the relevant practice area.
