




The Sales Consultant is the professional responsible for attending to customers, identifying their needs, and offering complete automotive solutions, ensuring a positive purchasing experience and contributing to achieving the dealership's sales targets. He acts as the link between the customer and the brand, representing the company with excellence in service, technical knowledge, and sales expertise. Attend to and prospect customers in person, by phone, or through digital channels; Carry out the complete sales process, from the initial contact to vehicle delivery; Present vehicles and their features, highlighting technical aspects, performance, safety, and benefits; Offer complementary products and services such as financing, insurance, accessories, and maintenance; Conduct test drives with customers, ensuring safety and quality during the experience; Prepare sales proposals, negotiate terms, and follow up on credit approval; Maintain customer relationships after the sale, ensuring loyalty and satisfaction; Meet individual and team sales targets set by the dealership and manufacturer; Continuously update knowledge on new models, campaigns, and brand sales policies; Record customer service and sales information in internal systems (CRM).
