




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in pastry or chocolate production to join the artisanal bean-to-bar production team at Majucau Chocolate Brasileiro. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a professional with experience in pastry or chocolate production to join our team. At Majucau Chocolate Brasileiro, we follow the bean-to-bar concept—producing high-quality artisanal chocolates from raw cacao beans to finished chocolate bars. Responsibilities: * Assist in all stages of chocolate production, from cacao bean selection and roasting to final bar finishing. * Prepare fillings and handcraft chocolate bonbons. * Maintain a clean, organized workplace adhering to hygiene standards. * Requirements: * Prior experience in pastry or chocolate production. * Efficiency, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
