




Description: If you: * Have a high school diploma; * Hold a National Driver's License – Class B; * Possess knowledge of automotive mechanics, electro-electronics, and bodywork. The following will be considered advantageous: * Technical certification in automotive maintenance. * Providing support in customer service and service sales by consulting vehicle service history in the system and conducting consultative interviews to maximize sales opportunities and deliver excellent service. * Performing preventive and corrective mechanical services, including replacement of parts subject to wear, in accordance with the maintenance schedule for each vehicle model, using appropriate tools and equipment to ensure necessary maintenance and proper vehicle operation. * Conducting thorough inspections to identify irregularities, leaks, looseness, or other signs of wear on vehicles, and performing functional tests after repairs or maintenance to verify the effectiveness of interventions. * Executing service sales processes, applying the manufacturer’s standard checklist, verifying customer registration data, preparing estimates for preventive/corrective and recommended services, obtaining customer signature on the authorization form, generating the Service Order via the system, stamping the owner’s manual, and delivering the customer satisfaction survey for completion—these actions aim to ensure proper procedural flow within the department. * Supporting the tracking of open Service Orders through consultation of the corporate system to finalize the vehicle service process. * Attending in-person and web-based manufacturer training courses according to the course schedule issued by the Human Resources Department, to ensure certification and maintain the performance index defined by the manufacturer. * Keeping senior management and supervision informed about the progress of assigned tasks, seeking solutions to encountered issues to enable effective managerial oversight. * Performing other duties as assigned by the department manager. * Respecting the needs, integrity, expectations, and privacy of our customers, colleagues, third parties, suppliers, communities, institutions, and government entities, thereby ensuring compliance with the Group’s Code of Ethics. 2512050202181904834
