Working hours: 8:00 AM to 4:20 PM Availability for overtime (if necessary) Job responsibilities: This professional will support the butcher. Cut proteins according to the received checklist (ensuring minimal waste), preparing products for cooking/chefs. Label produced protein trays with product name and manufacturing date so that items can be easily located in the cold storage/production area. Follow food handling good practices manual. Fill out temperature control records and traceability documentation if required. Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education)
