After all, Ypê is 100% Brazilian—and built by people who firmly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage strategic customers; * Monitor orders, billing, and deliveries; * Serve as the single point of contact between customers and internal departments; * Execute and monitor the order process; * Maintain updated product catalogs; * Carry out scheduled visits and planned commercial activities; * Ensure execution of the commercial strategy and achievement of targets; * Monitor results and propose adjustments when necessary; * Track sales, inventory, and customer performance indicators; * Develop and monitor commercial proposals and actions jointly with the customer. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree (in administrative or commercial fields); * Experience in negotiation and customer relationship management; * Knowledge of commercial performance analytics tools; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Experience with market data and sell-out performance; * Willingness to travel. **Additional Information** **Here’s what we offer:** **Our Benefits – Caring for You at Every Stage of Life** ============================================================== At Ypê, we believe our people deserve well-being, security, and real growth opportunities.
