Mafesa is a company operating in the metallurgical products manufacturing and distribution sector. Focused on quality and innovation, it provides solutions for various industrial segments. **Responsibilities:** Analyze the technical and commercial feasibility of received requirements. Prepare and follow up on commercial proposals for civil construction and industrial installation services. Interface with the budgeting department and schedule control. Conduct customer follow-up and lead meetings to align scopes and addenda. Monitor contractual execution together with operational departments. Support measurement, billing, and revenue control processes. Manage documentation, analyze indicators, and perform other activities inherent to the role. Previous experience as a Contracts Specialist, Contracts Coordinator, Contracts Consultant, or Contracts Supervisor may indicate alignment with some of the activities in this position. Bachelor's degree required.
