Monitor and ensure adequate stock replenishment, preventing overstocking and stockouts, while tracking delivery timelines and responding to emergency demands. Analyze inventory turnover, coverage, and obsolescence indicators to support strategic decisions regarding restocking and cost control. Develop new suppliers and equivalent part alternatives offering better cost-effectiveness, maintaining active relationships with representatives and distributors. Manage invoices and discrepancies, supporting finance and accounting departments with accurate cost and timeline information. Align consumption forecasts and demand requirements with warehouse, workshop, and after-sales departments, ensuring compliance with dealership and OEM procurement policies.
