For this reason, we are seeking a proactive and responsible **Construction Engineer** who can manage teams, contribute their skills toward continuous improvement, and demonstrate strong openness to learning and innovation. **Key daily challenges:** * Supervise all activities related to the assembly of steel structures; * Review project documentation on-site; * Control materials, production, and work teams; * Prepare and adhere to technical documentation, reports, production and assembly schedules; * Manage resources and assembly processes; * Develop assembly plans; * Convert collected data into performance indicators. **Requirements to join our team:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Production); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience managing civil construction projects; * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
