After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and duties** * Support the management of documentation and outgoing product billing, including printing of Invoices (NFs) and Responsibility Agreements. * Review drivers’ loading orders and ensure their signatures on the Responsibility Agreements, as well as update this information in the system (FOBS). * Assist with shift closing to ensure all documentation related to the respective shift is complete. * Issue invoices for sales, transfers to other units, and other outgoing movements (e.g., repairs, returns, samples, loans, and others). * Understand and apply practices of conscious consumption and natural resource preservation, in accordance with the company’s SSMA policies, recognizing environmental impacts and risks, and familiarize oneself with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education — Mandatory * Pursuing a university degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields — Preferred * Proficiency in Excel — Preferred **Worth noting:** Third shift, Sunday through Friday, from 10:20 PM to 5:45 AM. **Additional information** If you possess the above experiences and competencies, we’re looking for a professional like you!
