Job Summary: Responsible for fleet monitoring, incident management, logistics performance analysis, and supporting communication with carriers and customers. Key Highlights: 1. Problem-solving ability * Responsibilities include: Monitoring fleets to ensure on-time delivery, Managing incidents in real time and implementing corrective actions when necessary, Analyzing logistics performance and preparing managerial reports, Supporting communication with carriers and customers to align delivery timelines, Registering and tracking Manifest Requests (SM), cargo tracking, and correspondence dispatch. Monitoring vehicle location and performance in real time; identifying and resolving potential issues in the monitoring system. * What we expect from you: Completed high school education; higher education is a plus; Good communication skills, proactive, organized, and strong problem-solving ability.
