Description: * Pursuing a degree in Administration, Business, or Health; * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel; * Minimum of 01 year of experience in the role; * Experience in the hospital medical materials sector. Preferred Qualifications: * Specific experience with OPME is desirable; * Knowledge of quotation portals used in the company's industry is desirable; * Capture and respond to proposals on virtual quotation platforms; * Complete proposals requested via email in the integrated system and provide feedback to customers; * Attend to customers to clarify questions by phone and/or email; * Collect Billing Authorizations (AF) from customers regarding performed surgical procedures and/or completed sales; * Provide information related to Billing Pending Issues for audit purposes; * Register Billing Pending Issues/Usage Notifications in the integrated system; * Verify Billing Authorizations sent by customers, complete the standard AF form, and request invoice issuance from the responsible team; * Daily update and maintain spreadsheets tracking department demands (Billing Pending Issues, Purchase Orders to be invoiced, etc.); * Monitor invoice issuance status and enter data into authorized portals; * Track progress of Sales Orders on portals; * Enter Direct Sales Orders into the integrated system; * Monitor public bidding notices related to the Business Units served, download catalogs and ANVISA documents for materials to be bid on by analysts; * Organize files and provide administrative support to the Business Units served (make copies, scan and organize documents, collect signatures, etc.). 2511090202181006060
