We are hiring a **COMMERCIAL ANALYST** to work at a high-end aesthetic clinic. We're looking for someone proactive, communicative, and focused on conversion—someone who can turn contacts into clients and clients into brand advocates. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Delight and convert leads into consultations and surgeries; * Actively follow up with clients via WhatsApp, phone calls, and in person; * Accurately record sales, proposals, and contracts in the system; * Manage the surgical schedule with organization and efficiency; * Support the finance team with payment information and confirmations; * Monitor sales and delinquency indicators within your patient portfolio. **REQUIREMENTS:** * High school diploma (college degree in progress is a plus); * Experience in customer service, sales, or commercial support; * Strong writing skills and proficiency with WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and social media; * Organized, quick, persuasive personality with goal-oriented focus; * Clear communication, ethical conduct, and teamwork spirit. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Previous work experience in an aesthetic clinic or healthcare setting; * Familiarity with CRM tools or scheduling systems; * Ability to handle objections and drive conversions via WhatsApp.
