Monitor pickups and deliveries using spreadsheets with pivot tables, tracking deadlines, status, discrepancies, and performance indicators. Participate in client meetings for operational alignment, performance follow-up, incident resolution, and relationship strengthening. Position based in Simões Filho / BA. Previous experience as an Operational Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Operational Coordinator, or Operational Analyst may indicate suitability for some activities of this role. High school diploma required.
