Organization and inventory control of food and supplies The restaurant is seeking a Kitchen Assistant in Salvador. **Responsibilities:** Assist in food preparation, including washing, peeling, cutting, and chopping ingredients. Contribute to plating and kitchen tidying. Perform cleaning and sanitizing of utensils, equipment, and the work area. Assist with organization and inventory control of food and supplies. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, Food Preparer, or Restaurant Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this position. High school diploma required.
