Currently, we are looking for highly qualified bilingual educators, preferably with experience in bilingual schools or schools offering programs similar to ours. Discover more about this position’s characteristics below—and good luck! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure student project solution development using the Design Thinking approach (Elementary School). * Guide students in the Junior Scientific Initiation Program, supporting research investigation, prototyping, and validation. * Guide students in the TED-Ed course (High School), supporting idea development, scriptwriting, and presentation delivery. * Continuously support learning in individual and collaborative projects. * Facilitate safe and responsible use of tools and machines in the Maker Space, fostering student agency and autonomy. * Promote co-creation, experimentation, and an entrepreneurial mindset among educators and students. * Manage and support the evolution of projects across different grades and levels, ensuring continuity and quality throughout the process. * Collaborate closely with subject-matter teachers and arts specialists in planning learning journeys. * Support students in communication and presentation at internal and external events. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Design, Arts, Technology, Pedagogy, or related fields. * Prior experience with project-based learning, Maker Spaces, and Design Thinking. * Fluent English.
