Job Summary: Coordinate maintenance services, supervise activities to ensure quality service delivery, represent the company and develop the team, while also prospecting new service opportunities. Represent the company and interact with customers. ##### **Description** Coordinate maintenance services for the company's machines and equipment. Supervise all service-related activities to deliver high-quality service and exceed customer expectations; Represent the company and its team, and present the product and service portfolio to customers and the broader market, promoting customer-company interaction in the after-sales area; Monitor and guide the team on warranty processes with John Deere factory. Develop PDIs (Performance Development Interviews) for direct reports, assist in their execution, and track progress to foster team development; Prepare technical and managerial reports, and develop managerial/executive presentations; Prospect new service opportunities for the network, retaining existing customers and acquiring new ones; Conduct visits to branches and strategic customers. ##### **Requirements** ### **Additional Information** * **1 Position** * **Company:** Veneza \- Veneza Equipamentos Salvador * **Employment Type:** CLT * **Address:** R.
