




**Job Mission:** Manage and develop the dealership’s commercial department, ensuring achievement of sales targets, excellence in customer service, strengthening of the sales team, and business profitability, in compliance with company policies and guidelines. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, monitor, and execute commercial strategies to increase vehicle sales; * Manage the sales team, promoting training, continuous feedback, and performance development; * Define individual and collective goals, monitoring performance indicators (sales volume, conversion rate, average transaction value, margin, customer satisfaction); * Monitor strategic negotiations, supporting the team in closing deals and client interactions; * Ensure compliance with commercial policies, internal regulations, and manufacturer standards; * Monitor market conditions, competitors, and trends, proposing commercial actions and promotional campaigns; * Collaborate closely with after-sales, finance, marketing, and HR departments; * Ensure excellence in customer service and adherence to brand quality standards and customer experience requirements; * Prepare management reports and present results to senior leadership. ### **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields (currently pursuing or completed); * Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, and team management; * Experience with performance metrics and commercial goal-setting; * Leadership skills, decision-making ability, and conflict resolution capability; * Driver’s license category B; * Proficiency in management tools and sales systems. ### **Behavioral Competencies:** * Inspirational leadership and results orientation; * Clear, concise, and persuasive communication; * Strategic vision and customer focus; * Organization, discipline, and analytical ability; * Proactivity, resilience, and sense of responsibility; * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience working at dealerships; * Familiarity with manufacturer policies; * Experience managing sales campaigns and team motivation initiatives.
