Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing meter readings, verification, inspections, and building maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, and air-conditioning systems. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities and Activities \-Perform reading and verification of electricity and water meter reports; \-Conduct periodic inspections of substations, technical areas, pump houses, and other operational facilities; \-Support basic maintenance of air-conditioning systems; \-Perform electrical, hydraulic, and civil construction maintenance tasks (simple repairs); \-Identify anomalies, record incidents, and report to the responsible team; \-Ensure organization, safety, and preservation of technical areas. Mandatory Requirements * Courses in maintenance, electrical engineering, or construction. * Prior experience in building maintenance or a similar role * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays; * \-Responsible, attentive, and proactive profile.
