Mid-Level Front End Developer (Flutter/Dart)

Here, you’ll be involved from UI design in Figma all the way to publishing on the App Store and Google Play. * Implement new screens, navigation flows, and components in Flutter * Convert designs (Figma) into responsive and reusable UI * Implement business logic, navigation, and forms * Integrate with REST APIs, handle errors, loading states, and retries * Organize architecture by layers/modules and by feature * Fix bugs, improve stability and traceability * Prepare builds and publish versions on app stores (Android/iOS) Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements** * Solid experience with Flutter and Dart, including best practices and architecture * Proven track record of publishing apps on the App Store and Google Play * Integration with REST APIs (authentication, error handling, states, refresh tokens) * State management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX) * Git (branching, PRs, code reviews) and troubleshooting of builds/releases * End-to-end ownership: from feature implementation to release * Clear communication and collaboration with product, design, and backend teams **Nice-to-Have** * Firebase (Crashlytics, Analytics, Remote Config) * Mobile CI/CD (Codemagic, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or Fastlane) * Unit/widget/integration testing and QA best practices * Performance profiling (jank, rendering, memory) * Knowledge of accessibility, mobile UX, and app store compliance
