We are seeking a talent to join us as a Relationship Analyst.

**Responsibilities and duties** **In this role, you will work at the EQTPREV unit in Maceió–AL**, and you will be responsible for *[Summary of the challenge].*
Below are some of the key responsibilities you’ll undertake daily:
* Maintain contact records and follow-up on all interactions to ensure appropriate resolutions are achieved at every stage of the process, supporting service continuity and optimization.
* Prepare periodic activity reports documenting all incidents related to EQTPREV products, requests, complaints, and actions taken.
* Conduct customer relationship activities aimed at enhancing the brand/product/service experience.
* Customer Service and Support: Manage service channels (in-person, telephone, digital) to answer questions, provide information about benefit plans, rules, account balances, and available options (e.g., self-sponsorship, BPD, portability, or withdrawal).
* Transparent and Proactive Communication: Keep participants and beneficiaries informed about the entity’s financial health, investment performance, regulatory changes, and any other relevant topics via multiple channels (emails, newsletters, websites, apps, annual reports).

* Pension Education: Promote financial and pension literacy, helping participants understand the importance of long-term planning and make informed decisions regarding their contributions and benefits.
* Managing Expectations: Ensure participants fully understand the terms and conditions of their plans, managing expectations concerning future returns and benefits.
* Sponsor and Founder Relations: Maintain strategic communication with companies sponsoring the plans, aligning policies and ensuring timely exchange of information and fulfillment of obligations.
* Targeted Relationship Activities: Organize events, webinars, or specific initiatives tailored to distinct audiences—including active participants, beneficiaries (retirees and pensioners), and employees of non-participating sponsoring companies.
* Compliance with Regulations and Best Practices: Ensure all relationship activities comply with current legislation and sector governance best practices.
**Requirements and qualifications**
For this opportunity, we expect the following from you:
* Degree in Administration, Communications, or Human Resources.
* Knowledge of **private pension products, services, and regulations**, along with an understanding of the institutional context of a complementary pension entity.
* Ability to **develop customer/participant relationship initiatives**, focused on continuously improving the brand, product, and service experience.
* Capacity to **collaborate in creating, organizing, and disseminating informative, institutional, and guidance-oriented materials** about EQTPREV and its products and/or services using various communication channels.
* **Communication and presentation skills**, including the ability to deliver presentations to internal and external audiences, alignment meetings, training sessions, and stakeholder interactions.
* **Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem tools**,
