You will be part of the **Construction Team.** **Responsibilities and duties** * Anticipate deviations from objectives and propose solutions with a balanced view of cost, benefit, quality, schedule, value, and safety; * Full-time site construction management; * Verify and validate execution procedures, approved materials, and scope of work on-site; * Conduct weekly construction control and planning using Lean Construction principles; * Manage the economic aspects of activities under your responsibility; * Budget analysis and negotiation with suppliers; * Follow Method FAST procedures and contribute to their continuous improvement; * Comply with applicable environmental operational controls in your area of responsibility; * Responsible for maintaining up-to-date action tracking for your areas; * Perform the above activities with the ability to solve highly complex problems. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and Urban Planning; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD is desirable; * Valid CNPJ registered as a Microenterprise (ME), with active and regular registration status; * Availability to start immediately; * Minimum 3 years’ experience managing retail construction projects; * Temporary contract period: 06/01/2026 to 10/01/2026\. **Additional information** Employment contract with an approximate duration of 4 months.
