Perform guest check-in, room changes, walk-ins, and check-out. Register guests in the system via FNRH. Direct guests to their assigned Uhs according to their reservation. Record key issuance and return for Uhs. Monitor guest entry and exit, and identify visitors. Receive and assist guests, providing information about hotel services, amenities, and other points of interest.
