Documentation: Type documents, complete forms and spreadsheets, and assist in preparing reports and presentations. Management: Monitor office supply inventory, perform data entry in administrative systems, and assist in scheduling and calendar management. Support: Provide assistance to other departments, such as finance, HR, procurement, and sales. Important Skills: Organization: Essential for managing documents, files, and schedules. Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills are fundamental. Dynamism and Proactivity: The ability to take initiative and carry out tasks independently, without constant supervision, is highly valued.
