Job Summary: A professional responsible for cargo loading, unloading, and handling, ensuring organization and timely delivery in accordance with guidelines and scheduling. Key Responsibilities: 1. Cargo loading, unloading, and handling 2. Warehouse organization and inventory control 3. Delivery and pickup of cargo to end customers Load and unload cargo; handle cargo between disembarkation and embarkation terminals following guidelines for cargo type, volume, and vehicle specifications; deliver and pick up cargo from end customers. * Verify invoices; * Check cargo weight; * Inspect cargo prior to handling; * Reapply sealing tape to packaging when necessary; * Verify storage conditions and proper cargo packaging; * Check volume identification labels; * Arrange deliveries according to schedule; * Sort cargo by destination; * Verify hazardous material product labels; * Optimize embarkation and disembarkation time; * Advise customers on proper cargo packaging; * Follow packaging recommendations; * Control maximum stacking height for boxes; * Request authorization for special cargo embarkation; * Palletize and wrap cargo volumes per customer requirements; * Maintain warehouse cleanliness and proper organization; * Report defective equipment; * Handle pallets properly to prevent accidents and damage;
