




Description: * Pursuing a higher education degree; * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills desirable; * Knowledge of invoices (receipt, analysis, and handling) preferred; * Experience with inventories and logistics operations preferred; * Audit experience in logistics processes preferred; * Enter data and information into systems and control spreadsheets; * Receive, verify, and dispatch materials, monitoring and evaluating their movement; * Process orders and check requests; * Issue CTEs, NFs, DANFEs (endorsements, control, and freight); * Organize and analyze received invoices, including assessment of applicable taxes; * Generate reports; * Conduct inventories; * File documents relevant to the department; * Attend meetings with managers when necessary; * Perform external tasks when necessary and requested. 251017020224691533
