Teamwork and compliance with technical and safety standards **About the opportunity:** We are seeking an **Electromechanical Technician I** to perform corrective and preventive mechanical and electrical maintenance on low- and medium-complexity equipment and machinery, adhering to standards, technical procedures, quality requirements, and safety regulations, as well as guiding and supervising maintenance assistants. **Responsibilities:** * Perform corrective and preventive mechanical and electrical maintenance on low- and medium-complexity equipment and machinery according to area checklists and procedures. * Prepare required materials, tools, and equipment for service execution. * Carry out disassembly, assembly, electrical connections, and repairs on motors and similar equipment. * Supervise and guide maintenance assistants’ work, ensuring correct task execution. * Provide support to Electromechanical Technicians II and III whenever necessary and as directed. * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and proper condition of equipment, tools, and the workplace. * Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by the company. * Comply with technical, quality, and safety standards. * Collaborate in team-based work, supporting the department whenever needed. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Electromechanics or Industrial Automation * Basic knowledge of English * Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings * Preferred: Certification in NR-10, NR-12, and NR-35 **Work Schedule:** * 12x36 shift pattern — 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Minimum Education Level: Technical Course
