We are looking for a dedicated Backoffice Assistant to join our team. The professional’s primary mission will be to perform essential administrative tasks supporting customer service operations. You will be responsible for retrieving customer calls, ensuring appropriate handling and timely availability of this information, as well as acting as an interface between departments to guarantee SLA compliance.
