Perform mise en place setup, prepare and organize tables before and after each service, ensuring they are clean, tidy, and according to hotel standards. Sterilize and organize cutlery, glasses, cups, and plates. Receive, check, and organize materials provided by the storeroom through requests. Replenish beverage stock. Assist waiters during service, helping serve dishes, drinks, and desserts. Clean service areas, assist in setting up and dismantling service arrangements. Maintain clean and organized areas during service and after closing, including cleaning tables, chairs, equipment, and utensils. Assist in delivering food from the kitchen to tables, rooms, or events, ensuring orders are correct and delivered to standard.
