Position: Marketing Assistant — Internal Marketing (HR) We are looking for a Marketing Assistant focused on Internal Marketing to support internal Communication & People initiatives, strengthening organizational culture and employee engagement. If you are creative, organized, enjoy working with people and internal communication, this position is for you! Responsibilities * Plan and execute internal marketing campaigns together with the HR team * Create content for internal bulletin boards, emails, intranet, and corporate channels * Support organizational climate and internal culture initiatives * Produce materials for internal events (onboarding, training, commemorative dates, etc.) * Assist in employer branding strategies * Support internal surveys and communication initiatives with employees * Assist in measuring results of internal initiatives Requirements * Degree (pursuing or completed) in Marketing, Communications, Advertising * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Organized and proactive profile * Experience or interest in HR / Internal Marketing Advantages (not mandatory) * Prior experience in internal communications * Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) * Experience with employer branding or organizational climate Type of position: Full-time CLT contract Compensation: R$2.800,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Food basket * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Food voucher * Transportation voucher
