We seek organized professionals, detail-oriented individuals who wish to grow within a collaborative and continuously evolving environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate unit operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and excellence in patient care; * Monitor performance indicators and processes (clinical and administrative), proposing continuous improvements (PDCA); * Coordinate appointment and examination scheduling, ensuring compliance with protocols; * Supervise and develop the team, promoting alignment, engagement, and high performance; * Guide and support the team regarding personnel routines (schedules, timekeeping, vacations, etc.); * Ensure compliance with institutional policies, legal requirements, and regulatory agencies; * Support unit financial monitoring (costs, billing, revenues, and expenses) and prepare management reports; * Ensure organization, infrastructure, cleanliness, safety, and process standardization (SOPs); * Monitor customer satisfaction and implement actions to improve experience. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree (healthcare, administration, or related fields); * Experience managing teams and operating healthcare units; * Experience in hospital or clinic settings; * Knowledge of performance indicators and results-based management; * Skills in people management and problem-solving; * Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of quality and accreditation processes; * Experience working with regulatory agencies (Health Surveillance, Ministry of Health). **Additional Information****Medradius and You, Together for Life!** ======================================= At **Medradius**, caring is more than a profession—it’s our purpose.
