Apply today!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise the technical and operational execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with designs, contracts, technical standards, quality, safety, and environmental requirements; * Monitor physical-financial schedules, measurements, and reports, proposing adjustments when necessary; * Conduct field inspections and validate construction methods, materials, and technical procedures; * Analyze and review execution drawings, identifying inconsistencies and proposing solutions; * Supervise and develop the field technical team, assigning tasks and monitoring results; * Support planning, budgeting, procurement, quality, and QSMS departments; * Issue technical reports, address non-conformities, and monitor action plans; * Represent the company technically before clients and regulatory agencies, as designated. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: * Technical degree in Building Construction, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnology, Civil Engineering, or related fields; * Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or related field is desirable. * Experience in related activities. * Desired Knowledge: Reading and interpreting civil, electrical, and mechanical drawings; * Field service control and inspection; * ABNT standards and applicable legislation; * Quality control techniques and material testing; * Physical planning and schedule monitoring; * Microsoft Office suite and construction management software (MS Project, AutoCAD, ERP, etc.) We are a company of people who love what they do and are happy doing it well!
