




**Description:** **Mandatory Requirements:** Completed Technical Education in Mechanical, Electro-electronic or Electromechanical Engineering; Experience in Planning roles within the PCM area; Experience with equipment and plant facility maintenance planning and control systems; Knowledge of the 52-Week Plan; Ability to develop and review maintenance plans; Expertise in planning mechanical, electrical and welding work specified in Maintenance Orders, including specification and quantification of labor, materials, equipment, safety procedures, technical documentation and operational standards; Intermediate Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Intermediate MS Project. **Desirable Requirements:** Knowledge and experience in developing service scopes and material specifications; Knowledge of regulations and legislation applicable to energy resource utilization, such as NR10, NR23 and NBR5410; Experience in identifying and planning required materials and delivery dates (interface with warehouse and procurement); Driver’s License Class B. Manage backlog according to defined workflow; Allocate materials in the maintenance order; Plan resources and special tools for the work order (inform operation of the order); Plan support equipment requirements for the work order (inform operation of the order); Plan standards, regulations and procedures during work order execution and relay information to the execution supervisor for coverage; Ensure coverage of procedures specified in each activity’s orders; Define user status on the order indicating that planning has been completed; Issue Purchase Requests for materials and services, and control and monitor budget; Validate planning coverage level regarding resources during pre-scheduling meetings; Assign resources for order execution; Identify materials required for maintenance orders; Monitor and control maintenance budget; Track orders with pending service package planning; List all maintenance orders in “Planned” status (Planning Completed – Ready for Scheduling); Participate in periodic weekly and daily scheduling meetings, discussing and detailing required services, resources and prerequisites, and responsibilities per discipline, to define execution; Know and apply safety and environmental protection rules and practices, participating in programs promoted by OZ Minerals to eliminate workplace accident hazards and environmental degradation; Support immediate supervisor on matters related to the area of responsibility, presenting and discussing problems and irregularities to assist in defining procedures and actions to be taken; Participate in daily, weekly and monthly meetings; Identify emergency maintenance alternatives for mobile equipment to maintain operational stability of Unit processes; Provide technical support to supervision with information on maintenance activities, procedure reviews and deviations during OM (Maintenance Order) execution; Specify and request registration of materials and equipment required for area activities, using internal information as parameters — failure history and performance of similar materials and equipment. 25123102024963574
