A degree or technical course in Physical Education, Tourism, Recreation, or related fields; knowledge of first aid; and previous experience in resorts, hotels, or large-scale developments will be considered advantageous. You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining materials, equipment, and spaces used in leisure activities, conducting activities both outdoors and indoors, always prioritizing participants’ safety and wellbeing. You will collaborate with other monitors and various resort departments, applying recreation techniques that encourage guests’ active participation and supporting the team in operational tasks—all while consistently prioritizing customer satisfaction.
