Maintenance Intern
Provide strategic support to area projects, assisting in the development of cost-reduction initiatives, new technologies, and automation of maintenance processes.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Implement scheduled Kaizens under the Transformar Program, focusing on improvements and certification within the maintenance pillar.
* Support improvement teams aligned with maintenance efficiency targets and operational expense reduction goals.
* Conduct analyses and studies using maintenance management tools (TPM, 5W2H, PDCA, Kanban) and performance indicators (KPIs, MTBF, MTTR).
* Direct participation in organizing and implementing ideas generated by Tigre’s Innovation Program—“Connecting Ideas”—specifically those directed toward the maintenance front.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Enrolled in the second-to-last or final year of an undergraduate program in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering—or related fields—as of 2026.
* Alignment between this position and the candidate’s undergraduate curriculum.
* Ability to assist with inspections, lubrication, minor repairs, or preventive maintenance routines.
* Basic ability to read and interpret manuals and procedures.
* Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
