Support in complex interventions **MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE OPERATOR** **Location:** Salvador/BA **Employment Type:** CLT **Requirements:** * Technical education in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or Industrial Maintenance. * Proven experience in heavy machinery maintenance; * Knowledge of measurement instruments; * Practical knowledge of disassembly and assembly of mechanical components (couplings, bearings, bushings, etc.); * Basic computer skills (systems, spreadsheets, typing) * Availability to work on rotating shifts/schedules **Remuneration:** * Salary: R$ 2.500,00 to R$ 3.000,00 **Benefits:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Attendance bonus * Day off * On-site cafeteria (R$ 0.50/day deduction) * Meal card * Chartered transportation (1% deduction) **Working Hours:** * First year (administrative schedule): 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM * Overtime: * 70% for the first two hours * 100% starting from the third hour **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance according to the maintenance plan or leadership instructions * Conduct routine equipment inspections, identifying wear, leaks, abnormal noises, and operational failures * Perform lubrication, adjustments, part replacement, and mechanical re-tightening * Assist in disassembly and assembly of mechanical assemblies * Support more experienced mechanics in complex interventions Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Company vehicle Join this team!
