Technical team support and service follow-up We are seeking an Operations Assistant \- Installation to reinforce our Operations and Monitoring team in Belo Horizonte/MG. Your main responsibilities will be: Scheduling and monitoring vehicle tracker installations with our technical network; Supporting technicians during installation and device testing processes; Ensuring the entire process is carried out with quality and in accordance with Getrak standards; Recording and tracking services using Excel and Google Sheets.?? Then register and join the Getrak team! ?? **Main Responsibilities:** ? Schedule tracker installations with the technical team, organizing the service coverage network;? Monitor service status via the internal system, ensuring installations occur as planned;? Ensure technicians perform services correctly, following company standards;? Conduct basic tests together with technicians to validate tracker functionality at the time of installation;? Update records and forms related to installations and tests using Excel and Google Sheets;? Record and track performed maintenance to ensure correct technician payments;? Identify and report potential issues in scheduling or installation execution, seeking quick solutions;? Maintain constant communication with the technical team to ensure smooth service delivery;? Organize and keep attendance files and data up to date. **Technical Requirements:** ? Proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets and/or Excel)? Completed high school education. **Behavioral Profile:** ? Strong written communication skills. **Minimum Education Level:** High School (Secondary Education)
