Opportunity to co-create stories and technologies. **About the Area:** Here, we manage data and develop our digital products—including Globoplay, Globo.com, the G family (G1, GE, GShow, Receitas), Cartola, Premiere, and Combate—with the goal of delivering the best consumption, interaction, and user relationship experience. We work with a variety of technologies and programming languages to achieve our goals, while also maintaining an ongoing and growing relationship of solution sharing with the technology community! We are seeking technology enthusiasts to join our teams responsible for developing and evolving Globo’s iOS Mobile and tvOS Player for all video content. We strive to make Globo increasingly diverse—in representation and thinking—learning from each other and fostering creativity and innovation. **Work Model:** Hybrid — locations with Globo offices (RJ, SP, BH, POA, BSB, or Recife). **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Develop and implement responsive, high-performance, and accessible interfaces using Swift; * Develop and maintain native iOS libraries focused on performance, usability, and scalability; * Participate in front-end and back-end integration, ensuring efficient consumption of APIs and other services; * Collaborate with Design, Product Owners (POs), and back-end teams to align and plan project deliveries; * Contribute to code reviews and the dissemination of development best practices; * Ensure code is clean, well-organized, scalable, and easy to maintain; * Guarantee code quality through automated tests and development best practices; * Work with automation and continuous integration (CI/CD) tools to optimize the development workflow; * Base work on metrics, interpreting them to ensure continuous and sustainable project evolution; * Actively participate in daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives, contributing to continuous improvement of the development process; * Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies within the iOS ecosystem; * Contribute to technical and user documentation for developed solutions; * Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve technical issues, proposing innovative and efficient solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need:** * Solid experience developing native iOS libraries in Swift; * Experience building iOS applications using View Code and SwiftUI; * Familiarity with design patterns, clean code principles, and software engineering best practices; * Knowledge of algorithms and data structures; * Experience integrating RESTful APIs and consuming web services; * Experience with unit and integration testing (Jest, React Testing Library); * Proficiency with code versioning tools such as Git; * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); * Ability to solve medium-complexity technical problems. **Knowledge That Sets You Apart:** * Experience developing multimedia (audio/video) libraries and/or applications; * Experience developing libraries and/or applications for tvOS; * Knowledge of video streaming (e.g., HLS, DRM, codecs); * Experience using advertising libraries (e.g., Google IMA); * Experience developing libraries with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP). **Additional Information** **Why Join Globo:** Come and let’s co-create stories and technologies.
