We are the largest Volkswagen parts distributor and the largest authorized VW workshop in Minas Gerais. We seek a disciplined, organized, agile, and detail-oriented candidate who works well in a team. **Main Responsibilities:** The Apprentice position in the Warranty department is intended for early-career professionals seeking to gain knowledge and experience in this field. The professional will work under supervision, learning about processes and procedures related to product and service warranty. * Assist in labeling parts to be sent to the factory; * File warranty processes; * Contribute to the preservation, organization, and cleaning of the warranty parts warehouse; * Support departmental tasks; * Learn to identify and record non-conformities in warranty processes; * Participate in training and capacity-building sessions on departmental standards and procedures; * Interact with other company departments to ensure resolution of warranty issues; * Perform administrative tasks related to the warranty department; * Receive feedback and guidance from more experienced team members; * Develop communication and teamwork skills. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Completed or currently pursuing High School education; Basic or intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. **Additional Information** 23-month Apprenticeship Contract; Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
